We practice holistic healing through the use of REIKI energy healing and various types of massage. Some types of massage can be relaxing while others can be physically therapeutic.

Massage offers many physical and mental benefits. Through communication between client and therapist we gain a clearer understanding of the nature of the problems that lie within the body.

No matter what your mental training, exercise regime or religious beliefs, one cannot spend quality time in mental, physical and spiritual development if one is in pain. Any soreness, muscle spasms, aches or pain can distract us from our growth and concentration during our lives.
